No, successful service is never guaranteed. We make every effort to locate and serve the defendant, but there may be circumstances that prevent successful service.

The service fee covers the service and execution of a return Summons for one defendant and one address. Additional defendants and/or addresses will incur extra charges. We do also offer notarized affidavits free of charge with same or next-day turnaround depending on time of service.

Yes, all original Summons can be mailed to our mailing address for execution. We will provide this address upon request. Once processed, a scanned PDF copy will be sent via email. The physical document can be mailed back to you, or we can forward it to the issuing court. Please include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope (SASE) with your mailing. If an SASE is not provided, postage fees will be added.

Due diligence includes one service attempt during the AM (7 AM–12 PM), one during lunch (12 PM–5 PM), one in the PM (5 PM–10 PM), and one attempt on Saturday.

A mileage charge of $0.67 per mile may be assessed for any address over 50 miles from our location if additional attempts are necessitated. This rate may fluctuate based on the current market mileage rate.

If your service requires printing over 25 pages, there will be a printing fee of $0.15 per page. Color copies will incur an additional fee of $0.25 per page.
